The webclient for staffing supports an auto-logout feature. However, there is no way to force a logout on someone's machine. When someone forgets to logout, the best thing to do is go to the admin dashboard and opt that user out of their queues. In the admin dashboard, go to the Users tab and select the user in question. You can opt them out of their queues using the checkboxes next to the queue assignments. This way, you won't have patrons left hanging and your service won't be falsely online.

When the operator next logs into the webclient for staffing, they can re-check their queue assignment checkboxes before starting their chat session.
