How do I delete users?

To delete users, go to the users page of the admin dashboard.

1. Check the box next to the username(s) you wish to delete.

   • You can delete one or more users at the same time.

2. Next click on the red trashcan icon above the list of users.

   • You be asked to confirm this action before the users are deleted.

Don't worry! Deleting a user will not delete the chats answered by that user. Read more.
