How do I add a Greeting to the chat box?

The 'Greeting' feature is supported with our generation 2 chat box skin.  If you are still using generation 1 you will need to upgrade before you have access to this feature.  If you are not comfortable updating the chat skin on your own please reach out to us and we will be glad to update it on your behalf.

To add a 'Greeting' message to your chat box, select the chat skin and 'EDIT'.  In the third section down, check the box next to 'Include a greeting'.



Once you check the box the typing area will display and you can add your custom greeting.  This field also supports HTML.

Save or apply the changes and you're all set!
