How do I change someone's username?

Any administrator (or mini-admin with sufficient privileges) can change someone's username. To change a user's username, visit the users management page in the admin dashboard. (US, CA, EU, SG)

Step 1. Find the user in your list of users. If you have many users, you can use the search box at the top of the page to whittle the list down.

Step 2. Click the pencil icon next to the user's name. Update the user name. Then click the checkmark to save your changes.
