How does Compendium's DeskTracker integrate with LibraryH3lp?

Our integration with Compendium's Desk Tracker can take a couple of different forms:
  1. Stats/transcript import.  With this, there is an automatic daily import of ALL the chat metadata and transcripts into your Desk Tracker instance.
  2. Tag For Followup.  With this, the standard simple email delivery of chats that are Tagged for Followup changes, so that instead, a structured ticket goes into your Desk Tracker instance. This option only applies to DeskTracker Plus or Live.
