How can I edit the FAQ topics?

A complete list of all of your FAQ topics can be found in the Knowledge Bases page of the Administrative Dashboard. When you first go to this page you will see a list of all of your FAQ pages. Up at the top of this list click on ‘Topics’.

IMPORTANT This is a cumulative list of all of the topics for all of the FAQs in your account.  If you have multiple FAQs that share topic tags please note that any changes made here will be reflected across the board.

In-place editing

In-place editing will allow you to edit topics or delete them all together within the ‘Search By Topic’ section on the right side of your FAQ page.

IMPORTANTIf you have multiple FAQs that share topic tags please note that any changes made here using in-place editing will be reflected in those same tags across all of your FAQ sites.
