How do I add tags to my FAQ questions?

74 views   |   Last updated on Mar 13, 2025

Tags can be created and managed in both the Administrative Dashboard and also through in-place editing of your FAQ.

Administrative Dashboard

From the Knowledge Bases page in the Administrative Dashboard select your FAQ to pull up the list of questions.

Check the box next to the question or questions you want to tag with the same topic. After the boxes have been checked you will notice the tag icon located at the top of the list will become active.

Next, click on the tag icon. Any topics that have been created previously for all of your different FAQ pages will appear on the left. If your topic exists, select it and add it to the right side. Don’t see the topic you need? You can add a new topic right here as well. Make sure you click ‘OK’ to save your tag selections.

Adding topic tags using in-place editing

Once you are signed-in, hover over the question to display the ‘Edit Tags’ button. Then you can follow the same directions outlined above.
