No. At the moment, all SMS chats are initiated by the guest.

But, you could opt to use Google Voice for proactive outbound SMS and have your Google Voice SMS forwarded to your LibraryH3lp SMS number.  

This way, your guest will only see your Google Voice number, and their replies to your GV-initiated text messages will arrive as LibraryH3lp chats with nearly instant delivery speed.
