Can I proactively text patrons?

SMS messages can be initiated by the operator from our 3mail module which is part of every LibraryH3lp subscription.  3mail has a simple "send a text" feature.  When guests reply, they would get handled through chat like usual. 

3mail can be enabled via the webclient or the standalone 3mail app.  To give it a try just enable 3mail on your texting queue.
