Does LibraryH3lp store any guest-identifying information?

As little as possible.  By default, chat guests are always anonymous, but of course with SMS guests we have a phone number. If the optional entry form feature is enabled, a guest can be required to provide identifying information, such as their name or email address before beginning a chat. The information gathered by the entry form is saved as part of a chat's metadata.

However, because we are very concerned about privacy, we give you tools do deal with this.  We don't store transcripts unless you ask us to, and you can delete transcripts at any time.  You can also anonymize chats to delete the SMS number or entry form related metadata, so that you don't even have a record of who contacted you.
