Our integration with Compendium's Desk Tracker can take a couple of different forms:
- Stats/transcript import. With this, there is an automatic daily import of ALL the chat metadata and transcripts into your Desk Tracker instance.
- Tag For Followup. With this, the standard simple email delivery of chats that are Tagged for Followup changes, so that instead, a structured ticket goes into your Desk Tracker instance.
