Is LibraryH3lp open-source?

No. Like most everything these days, LibraryH3lp is built on much open source software. Unlike most things, we also give back a lot. In addition to contributing fixes and features to other open-source projects, we publish approximately 25% of our own code freely under an MIT license -- pretty much anything that is infrastructure or not directly related to the core business can be found on github.  But, no, there is no libraryh3lp package that you can download and install for yourself.
