How do FAQ question tags work?

Tagging your FAQ questions with topics will help guests to better narrow down their search.  There are two places where the guest can narrow their search by topic on your FAQ page.

1. In the search bar - Guests can use the dropdown arrow on the left side of the search field to pull up a list of available topics. Once they make their selection they will launch their topic search by clicking the search icon on the right side.
   
   
   
    

    

2. On the right side of your FAQ page - Topics will be listed in an eye-catching fashion. Guests can simply click on a word to pull up all of the questions tagged with that topic.
