Can I set an away message for a queue?

LibraryH3lp is a multi-operator system and a queue's availability automatically reflects the collective availability of its individual operators.

We have boilerplate code that helps you create your own custom appearance to show to guests who land on your web page when your service is on "away" or "busy" status. That way, you can tell them you will return shortly rather than showing them your "offline" appearance. 

Your chat widget will also show your queue's Busy or Away status as part of the presence theme, which can also be customized.
