How do I add a hyperlink to the chat box title?

You can create clickable text links or images by adding hyperlinks in the chat skin title. This can be useful for linking to a survey, chat hours, or any other page that you want your guests to have available during their chat.

When editing your chat skin in the chat skin designer (Main, CA, EU, SG), you'll see an editor under "Branding Basics" labeled "Title". The editor has a "Link" tool which lets you add a hyperlink to your chat box title.
