How do I add another admin (full administrator) to my subscription?

You can have as many full administrators as you want for your subscription. Administrators have full access to all aspects of a subscription. Any user can be granted administrator privileges by adding them to the Administrators group in either the User Management page or the Groups and Permissions page in the administrative dashboard.

Find the user you would like to grant administrative privileges to and click on the gear icon next to the username to access their settings.

Next, scroll down to the field titled 'Permissions Groups'.  Click on the down arrow located on the right side of the field and select 'Administrators'.

Click on padlock icon located in the left sidebar to access the permissions groups page in the admin dashboard (if you are not already on that page).

Next, use the down arrow to toggle through the permissions groups and select 'Administrators'.

This will bring up the membership for that group. Add users to this group by using the down arrow on the far right end of this field to toggle through and select users.  To remove a user click on the 'x' next to the username.
