Why can't I create a new user/queue/widget/service?

Only users with administrative privileges have permission to create new users, queues, widgets, and services. If you are having trouble, it could be that your user account does not have sufficient privileges.

Any current administrator can grant a current user admin privileges. Go to the 'Permissions Group' page of the admin dashboard (US, CA, EU, SG).  Select the group 'Administrators' from the top and then add the user.

By default, the user account created when you first registered for a trial is the top-level admin for the account.
