I'm done with my trial. What next?

First up, thank you! We're pleased that the trial has worked out for you.

Moving from trial to paid subscription is transparent. Everything you have done for your trial remains "as is." So all that hard work carries forward unchanged.

The only thing to do is to generate an invoice to pay for your subscription. There is a Subscription page integrated into the admin dashboard (US, CA, EU, SG) that includes an "Invoice Me" feature which generates an invoice with a shareable URL. Just send the shareable link at the top to the person paying the invoice if it is someone other than yourself.  

Or if you'd prefer, we can create an invoice for you.  To do that, send us an e-mail along with your service population (publics) or student FTE (academics) and desired SMS package size (if applicable). Invoices can be paid by credit card, direct deposit, or check.

And, if needed, our W-9 is linked off of every invoice.
