Invoices can be paid by direct deposit, check, or credit card. And, if needed, our W-9 is also linked on every invoice.
We will generate your annual invoice and send it via email when your subscription is close to expiring. Typically invoices will be sent out at the beginning of the month prior to the renewal month. For example, if your subscription is up for renewal in June, your invoice will be sent at the beginning of May. If you have a preference when you would like to receive your invoice and/or if your invoice needs to be dated for certain date, just let us know and we will gladly accommodate your request.
However, if you prefer to have more control over the billing, we also have a Subscription dashboard page integrated into the admin dashboard, including an "Invoice Me" feature which will generate an invoice complete with a shareable URL. The person paying the invoice will *not* need a LibraryH3lp account to see or to pay the invoice when they use the shareable URL.
