How do I pay for LibraryH3lp?

Invoices can be paid by credit card, check, direct deposit, or international wire transfer.  Our W-9 is linked on every invoice as well.

We will generate your annual invoice and send it via email when your subscription is close to expiring.  Typically invoices will be sent out at the beginning of the month prior to the renewal month.  For example, if your subscription is up for renewal in June, your invoice will be sent at the beginning of May.  If you have a preference when you would like to receive your invoice and/or if your invoice needs to be dated with a certain date, just let us know and we will gladly accommodate your request.

However, if you prefer to have more control over the billing, you can self invoice from the Subscription page of the admin dashboard. Click on the either blue 'Renew' or 'Invoice Me' buttons to generate an invoice complete with a shareable URL link. Then, simply forward that URL to the person who handles payment.
