Passwords can be reset by the local admin in the Users page of the admin dashboard (US, CA, EU, SG). Also users can change their passwords in the webclient or in any XMPP client they use to staff the service. More info...
To change your password in the webclient go to the preferences tab. On the right side of the screen you will see the 'Change Password' button. If you have forgotten your password you can also use the "Forgot your password" link found on the login in page. This will prompt you again to enter your username and then it will email you a reset code. That code will need to be pasted into the reset form, not the login page. Please note this will only work if your email address has been entered into the system via the admin dashboard or within the webclient under 'preferences'. If you email address has not been entered into the system this function will not work.
If you've forgotten or misplaced your top-level admin password, or if your local admin is not available, e-mail us your username and we will plug your email address into the system so you can utilize the password reset function to securely reset your password.
