Who is LibraryH3lp?

LibraryH3lp (pronounced Library Help) is a product of Nub Games, a small software company headed by Eric Sessoms. Eric is the chief software architect and President. Amy Shelton is the CIO, working on both development and technical support. Pam Sessoms is our resident librarian and an expert in successful virtual reference services. Sheila Campbell works on account and subscription management.

LibraryH3lp first appeared in 2008 and grew out of an after-hours chat and instant messaging collaborative service between Duke, NCSU, and UNC-Chapel Hill. LibraryH3lp is now the premier online customer services software platform specifically tailored for use in libraries, non-profits, and education.
