The chat box will display in the language set in the guest's browser, if we have a matching translation. However, we need your help to get the appropriate translations in place. Currently, the chat widget is available in English (en), Czech (cs), French (fr), Canadian French (fr-ca), Chinese (zh), Spanish Europe (es-es), Spanish Puerto Rico (es), Spanish Colombia (es-co), Russian (ru), Dutch (nl), Norwegian (no), German (de), Welsh (cy), and Persian (fa). Many thanks to those who have provided the translations so far!
You can override the browser's setting and display the widget in a specific language using the lang URL argument. For example, a chat box in Welsh looks like this:
