Are cookies required to use LibraryH3lp?

Cookies are only required for operators using the LibraryH3lp staffing and administrative interfaces as part of authentication and connection maintenance.  Cookies are not required for guests using the chat boxes.

The standard LibraryH3lp guest-side chat box does not set any cookies.  If the customer organization has set up optional time-triggered proactive chat invitations, and the guest declines the chat invitation, a session cookie called "libraryh3lp-shhhh" is set.  This cookie prevents further proactive chat invitations to the guest during that browser session.
