The chat operator in the webclient has a variety of buttons for chats from guests on queues. The newest one is Copy Transcript.
This button is a convenience for chat operators and an alternative to the "email transcript" button. For example, if an operator wants to quickly copy the transcript into an email to someone else by hand and have it come from their personal email, they can do that rather than using the email transcript button, without having to manually highlight and copy the chat history area in the chat window.
