Can I use Chatstaff if I have LibAnswers with LibChat?

Yes!  There are a couple of different ways to do this.  Mostly it depends on the specifics of your Chatstaff service: does Chatstaff cover for you all the time or only when your own staff are unavailable?

LibChat allows customization of your offline appearance, so you can make a seamless Chatstaff integration by customizing your LibChat offline appearance.  You can use a simple image to launch your LH3-powered Chatstaff widget right inside your usual LibChat real estate.

We want to show our Chatstaff widget all the time

This is even easier!  Simply create a box for your Chatstaff widget and use a regular LH3 code snippet. 

1. Click Add New Box.
2. Select Rich Text / Dynamic Content / Scripts for the content type.
3. Give the Box a name and select its position on the page.
4. Click add text.
5. Switch to the Plain Text Editor and paste in your LibraryH3lp chat code.
6. Click Save and Close.
7. Refresh page if necessary
